The short version: AXIS Planner stores all your personal data locally on your own device. We never see it, never collect it, and never transmit it anywhere. The only data we hold is your email address and purchase record, which we need to deliver your licence and send updates.

Your App Data Stays on Your Device

All data you enter into AXIS Planner — habits, symptom logs, journal entries, priorities, mood ratings, energy scores, brain dumps, and all other personal records — is stored exclusively in your web browser's local storage on your own device.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as your licence is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and dispute resolution purposes (typically 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law).

You may request deletion of your purchase record at any time by contacting alexxdara@outlook.com. Please note that deletion of your purchase record will invalidate your licence key.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold. Purchase transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections via Stripe. We do not store payment card data.

Your in-app data (habit logs, symptom records, journal entries, etc.) is stored on your device and protected by your device's own security. We recommend enabling device passcode or biometric authentication for additional protection.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of behavioural tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any equivalent service.

The Software itself does not use cookies or any network-based tracking. It operates entirely offline after the initial download.
